Sebastian Middle School students are using in Grades 6-8 Social

Our 8th graders all take Algebra 1. They can practice Algebra at
home, at school, or anywhere they have internet access clicking
this link, which has been developed as an online companion to the
Glencoe textbook series we use.

and 7th Grade)
? Our 6th and 7th graders are all taking Pre-Algebra! They can

Highlights:
- Justin Guarini (American Idol, Season 1) recently discussed
his music career and performed for our students.
- Our 8th graders went
to the American Idol studio for a dress rehearsal of an American
Idol show.
- Michael Giacchino (Academy Award Composer for “Up”)
visited our school and spoke with several classes about his amazing
career. A group of students visited Sony Pixar Studios to watch
Michael Giacchino score a segment of “Ratatouille.”
