Family Mass Tomorrow

We cordially invite all families to attend the special mass at Saint Sebastian Parish we are having tomorrow January 25th to close the 100th Jubilee Celebrations.
We will begin with a mass at 11:00 with Archbishop Gomez. Come to receive a special blessing from him, afterwards we will hold a lunch at the school parking lot, and then the Open House at 1:00pm to invite new families to get to know us.
All families that attend Mass on January 25th and Re-enroll that day will get a $150 discount in registration. Note: You must complete Re-enrollment on TADS AND pay that day in order to get the discount. (Registration that day will be $405 with the discount; the regular cost is $555)

Re-enrollment timeline

• Open House Discount – January – Saturday 25th – Families who attend this Mass at 11:00am will get a $150 discount in Registration when they Re-enroll on TADS and make that payment that day. Make sure to check in with Ms. Guevara or Ms. Valdez after Mass
• Early Re-Enrollment Discount – January 27th to 29th only – Families who Enroll and Pay on TADS those days will get a $100 discount in Registration.
• Financial Aid Window – February 3rd to 28th – Meetings will be held only during this window frame. Schedule your appointment at the office now.
• Re-Enrollment Window – Starts January 30th – Ends February 21st – To secure your spot re-enroll during the window frame
• Open Enrollment for Siblings – Starts February 24th – To secure your spot enroll during the window frame. A $100 discount will be applied if you enroll and pay on the 24th only
• Open Enrollment – Starts March 3rd – As of this date, spots will be available on a first come First Serve Basis
• New Students Acceptances sent – Starting March 3rd

  CSW starts next week!

  We are still looking for some volunteers! We need your participation as follows:

  • International Day – It’s potluck day.
    • Bring a small dish of your country of origin so we can all enjoy and learn about your country.
    • Volunteer to serve your children at lunch from 11:00 to 1:30. If you are available, please come. No need to sign up.
    • If you’d like to make a presentation on your country, please reach out to Mr. Suk.
  • Career Day- Parents presentations.
    • If you are interested in talking about your career, please reach out to Mr. Suk to sign up.
    • If you know someone with an interesting career who would like to come, please reach out to Mr. Suk.
  • Faculty & Staff Day – Pamper your teachers and staff. Please click on the link to sign up Faculty and Staff Appreciation Day
    • Bring Grab & Go items for breakfast for the Faculty and Staff.
    • Collaborate with other parents to put together a nice lunch for the teachers.
    • Come to cover the teachers’ lunches and Recess Duty.
