St. Sebastian School, West LA

Pre-K to 8th Grade. Dual Language Immersion

Message from our Principal

Dear Saint Sebastian Family,

Affirmation of the week: “I let go of what I cannot control.” This practice involves shifting your focus to what you can control, such as your reactions, mindset, and actions, by practicing acceptance and mindfulness. Help free your children from their anxieties and give them the power to focus on the next steps needed to move forward. Accept uncertainty, embrace your feelings, focus on your own actions, use positive self talk and reframe your perspective.

Mr. Suk
Principal
