Message from our Principal
Dear Saint Sebastian Family,
Affirmation of the week:“I will look for the good in every situation.”To find the good in every situation, one must actively practice reframing negative thoughts, focus on lessons learned, and seek opportunities for gratitude. This mindset shift requires conscious effort and requires you to identify the positive aspects, such as a new skill acquired or the end of pain, and then reinforce these positive thoughts to build resilience. It isn’t an easy thing to do but when successful your days can be so much brighter.
Mr. Suk
Principal
