Newsletter Week of October 4th-11th

Dear Saint Sebastian Family,

Affirmation of the Week: “I am strong in body and in mind.” What is the body without the mind and the mind without the body? It is important to find balance in taking care of and growing the two in order to live a long and prosperous life. When the body is nourished, rested and healthy the mind can grow. When the mind is calm and focused, time can be allocated to strengthen the body. Let’s strive to be healthy in both areas together!
